Director – Cyber Security at RiskFort Consulting
As a Director of Cyber Security at RiskFort Consulting, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering high-impact cybersecurity services and solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with key business stakeholders and technical SMEs to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives. This includes overseeing the deployment and enhancement of network security products, managing complex security projects, and aligning cybersecurity strategies with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead and support the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and services for clients.
Strategic Cybersecurity Management
- Support secure implementation of new and emerging technologies, with a focus on SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, particularly from major cloud providers.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure security risks and controls comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
Leadership & Communication
- Deliver clear and concise reports to management and clients on cybersecurity posture and risk.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 18 years of cybersecurity and technology risk experience, preferably within large multinational corporations.
- At least 15 years in Cybersecurity Program Management & Governance, including hands-on technical expertise in:
- Network security
- Servers and infrastructure
- Encryption technologies
- Application security
- Security tools and platforms
Cybersecurity Sales Specialist
Role Description
This position is for individuals with experience in the information security industry, strong relationship-building skills, sales abilities, and decision-making expertise while working in a super-agile environment. We are seeking a full-time cybersecurity sales professional based in Delhi NCR. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by creating and executing strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client accounts, presenting and demonstrating cloud and security solutions, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The position also requires close collaboration with technical teams to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Cloud Security
- Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
- Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology sector is an added advantage
